摘要
肝癌发生的具体原因仍是未解之谜,但学者们一致认为肝癌的发生与乙型肝炎及人们不健康的生活习惯相关.很多研究发现,外泌体与肝癌发生、发展密切相关.本文就外泌体组成、生物学作用及在肝癌发生、发展中产生的作用进行简要阐述,并主要对外泌体在肝癌细胞中的筛查、诊断、侵袭/转移、免疫逃逸、治疗及预后中的应用进行概述.
The cause of hepatocellular carcinoma is still a mystery,but scholars agree that the occurrence of hepatitis B and people’s unhealthy lifestyle have a certain relationship.Many studies have confirmed that exosomes are closely related to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.In this paper,the influence of exosomes on the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma was described,and the application of exosomes in hepatocellular carcinoma screening,diagnosis,invasion/metastasis,immune escape,treatment and prognosis was summarized.
