摘要
目的分析差错管理对血站管理水平及血液质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月,血站中心的60名采供血人员作为研究对象,按照差错管理方式实施前后分为观察组(60名,2019年1—12月,差错管理方式实施后)和对照组(60名,2018年1—12月,差错管理方式实施前)。结果对比两组采供血人员管理水平、差错事件发生机率、血液报废率,观察组管理水平相比于对照组更优,观察组差错事件发生机率相比于对照组更低,观察组血液报废率相比于对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血站中心实施差错管理方式,能提升采供血人员的工作效率,减少差错事件的发生率,减少血液报废率,提升血站的血液质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of error management on blood station management level and blood quality.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 blood collection and supply personnel in blood center were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group according to before and after the implementation of error management(n=60,from January to December 2019,after the implementation of error management method)and control group(n=60,from January to December 2018,before the implementation of error management).Results Compared with the two groups,the management level,the probability of error events and the rate of blood scrap in the observation group were better than that in the control group,the probability of error events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of blood scrap in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of error management in the blood station center can improve the work efficiency of blood collection and supply personnel,reduce the incidence of error events,reduce the blood scrap rate and improve the blood quality of the blood station.
