摘要
以本校生物制药专业大一下学期的本科生为对象,选择植物过氧化物酶的提取、活性测定及同工酶凝胶电泳分析作为示范性实验项目进行探索,在同行们积累的经验基础上,摸索出了一套"放""管"结合的综合性设计性实验教学模式,既发挥了学生的主动性和创造性,又保证了较好的实验教学效果。经在本校相近专业推广,反映良好,显示较好的推广示范潜力。
According to the talent training program of undergraduates in the second semester for the major biological pharmaceutical, a biochemistry experimental item, extraction, activity determination and isozyme gel electrophoresis analysis of plant peroxidase, was selected as a demonstration experiment project to complete the comprehensive design experiment and to explore, on the basis of peer experience, for a model of "open management". Result indicated that it ensured a good result while students took part more initiatively and creatively in the course of biochemical experiment. After the promotion of this teaching model in the similar majors in our school, good response was observed and a good demonstration potential can be expected.
