摘要
目的探讨冲击波疗法结合针灸治疗骨关节肌筋膜病临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至11月广州中医药大学附属东莞市中医院收治的74例骨关节肌筋膜病患者,按照抓阄法分成常规组与试验组,每组37例,分别施以冲击波疗法、冲击波联合针灸疗法。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、临床症状消失时间、治疗效果。结果两组治疗后视觉模拟法(VAS)、功能障碍指数(Oswestry)评分比较,试验组均较低(P<0.05);试验组肌肉痉挛、肌筋膜疼痛、活动受限消失时间短于常规组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于常规组75.68%(P<0.05)。结论在骨关节肌筋膜病治疗中冲击波与针灸的联合运用,可减轻患者疼痛程度与功能障碍程度,缩短其临床症状消失时间,强化临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of shock wave therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteoarticular myofascial disease.Methods A total of 74 patients with osteoarticular myofasciopathy treated in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to November 2019 were selected and divided into conventional and test groups according to the grabbing lot method with 37 cases in each group,which were applied with shockwave therapy,shockwave combined with acupuncture,respectively.Pain,functional disability,time to disappearance of clinical symptoms,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The visual simulation method(VAS)and dysfunction index(Oswestry)score ratios of the two groups after treatment were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of muscle spasm,myofascial pain and activity limitation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(94.59%)was higher than that of the conventional group(75.68%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of shock wave and acupuncture in the treatment of osteoarticular myofascial disease can reduce the degree of pain and dysfunction in patients,shorten the time for their clinical symptoms to disappear,and strengthen the clinical treatment effect.
