摘要
试验旨在研究不同添加量布拉氏酵母壁多糖对早期断奶羔羊血清生化、血清抗氧化性能、肠道微生物和挥发性脂肪酸的影响。试验采用单因素试验方法设计,选取15~17日龄健康羔羊60只按同质原则分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羔羊。试验总周期为44 d,其中7 d过渡期,8 d预试期和29 d正试期。各组羔羊分别饲喂:Ⅰ组(代乳料)、Ⅱ组(代乳料+0.005%庆大霉素)、Ⅲ组(代乳料+0.1%布拉氏酵母壁多糖)、Ⅳ组(代乳料+0.3%布拉氏酵母壁多糖)、Ⅴ组(代乳料+0.5%布拉氏酵母壁多糖)。结果表明:①Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的尿素氮含量分别为6.77 mmol/L和6.58 mmol/L,较Ⅰ组分别显著降低18.43%和20.72%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的谷草转氨酶含量分别为35.56 U/L和33.26 U/L,较Ⅰ组分别显著降低26.19%和30.97%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的碱性磷酸酶的含量分别为120.25 U/L和128.52 U/L,较Ⅰ组分别显著提高10.55%和18.16%(P<0.05)。②Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的含量分别为17.89μmol/L和1.68 U/mL,较Ⅰ组分别提高1.36%和2.44%(P>0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的丙二醛含量分别为2.03 nmol/mL和2.10 nmol/mL,较Ⅰ组分别降低10.57%和7.49%(P>0.05)。③Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的双歧杆菌和乳酸菌数量较Ⅰ组分别显著提高了9.90%、9.26%和4.76%、4.06%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的沙门氏菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量较Ⅰ组分别显著降低了5.87%、4.59%和8.17%、6.37%(P<0.05);添加布拉氏酵母壁多糖能一定程度降低大肠杆菌数量,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。④Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组乙酸和丁酸含量较Ⅰ组分别显著提高了8.66%、3.36%和18.38%、17.57%(P<0.05);Ⅴ组戊酸含量较Ⅰ组显著提高了8.33%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组乳酸含量较Ⅰ组显著提高了4.96%和7.88%(P<0.05);添加布拉氏酵母壁多糖能提高丙酸、异丁酸、异戊酸的水平,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,以0.3%~0.5%比例的布拉氏酵母壁多糖添加到羔羊代乳料中,能显著改善早期断奶羔羊血清生化指标中尿素氮、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的含量,并显著改善其肠道内微生物菌群平衡和挥发性脂肪酸的产生,对早期断奶羔羊血清中抗氧化相关指标影响不显著。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different additive amounts of Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides(SBWP)on serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant ability,microbial flora and volatile fatty acids of early weaned lambs.Sixty healthy lambs at aged 15~17 days were selected and divided into 5 groups according to the principle of homogeneity,with 12 lambs in each group.GroupⅠ(milk substitute),groupⅡ(milk substitute+0.005%gentamicin),groupⅢ(milk substitute+0.1%Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides),groupⅣ(milk substitute+0.3%Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides),and groupⅤ(milk substitute+0.5%Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides).The results showed that:①The urea nitrogen content in groupⅣand groupⅤwas 6.77 mmol/L and 6.58 mmol/L,respectively,significantly lower than that in groupⅠby18.43%and 20.72%(P<0.05).The content of aminotransferase in groupⅣandⅤwas 35.56 U/L and 33.26 U/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than that in groupⅠby 26.19%and 30.97%(P<0.05).The content of alkaline phosphatase in groupⅣand groupⅤwas 120.25 U/L and 128.52 U/L,significantly higher than that in groupⅠby 10.55%and 18.16%(P<0.05).②The contents of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in groupⅣwere 17.89 mol/L and 1.68 U/mL,which were 1.36%and 2.44%higher than that in groupⅠ(P>0.05).The malondialdehyde content in groupⅣandⅤwas 2.03 nmol/mL and 2.10 nmol/mL,respectively,which were 10.57%and 7.49%lower than that in groupⅠ(P>0.05).③Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus of groupⅣandⅤwere significant higher than groupⅠby 9.90%,9.26%and 4.76%,4.06%(P<0.05),respectively.Salmonella and Clostridium perfringens of groupⅣandⅤwere significant lower than groupⅠby 5.87%,4.59%and 8.17%,6.37%(P<0.05).The number of Escherichia coli was decreased by Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides without significant.④Acetic acid and butyric acid of groupⅣandⅤwere significant higher than groupⅠby 8.66%,3.36%and 18.38%,17.57%(P<0.05);Valeric acid of groupⅤwas significant higher than groupⅠby 8.33%(P<0.05);Lactic acid of groupⅣandⅤwas significant higher than groupⅠby 4.96%and 7.88%(P<0.05).In conclusion,by 0.3%~0.5%of Saccharomyces boulardii wall polysaccharides added to the generation of breast feeding,lamb can significantly improve the early weaned lambs of urea in serum biochemical indicators and aspertate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase levels,and significantly improve the intestinal microbial flora balance and the production of volatile fatty acids,for early weaned lambs in serum antioxidant effect was not significant related indicators.
