摘要
通过设计合理的化学成分以及制定冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺,提高了产品的综合性能,特别是时效冲击性能。通过试验研究,确定影响时效冲击韧性的主要因素为变形条件,温度条件对其影响不大。当变形量小于12%时,随变形量的增加,冲击韧性出现明显降低,当变形量大于12%时,冲去韧性则基本保持稳定。
By designing the reasonable chemical composition and formulating the smelting,continuous casting and rolling processes,the comprehensive properties of the products,especially the aging impact properties,were improved.Through experimental study,it was determined that,the main factor affecting the aging impact toughness was the deformation condition,and the temperature condition had little effect on it.The impact toughness decreased obviously with the increase of deformation when the deformation was less than 12%,and remained stable when the deformation was more than 12%.
