摘要
中国特色对外话语体系是中国思想智慧的传承与阐释,是新时代中国扩大对外开放、参与全球治理的载体与表达,而译介与传播是构建中国特色对外话语体系的重要环节。本文尝试在厘清中国特色对外话语体系内涵的基础上,阐释其译介与传播的概念构成、核心要素、操作框架和实践应用,以期为国家对外话语能力提升和国家形象构建研究提供有益参考。
The discourse system for global communication with Chinese characteristics is not only a crystallization of Chinese ideology and wisdom, but also a representational carrier and expression of China’s expanding opening-up and participation in global governance in the New Era. Translation and communication function as an important link in the construction of the discourse system. This paper attempts to clarify the connotation of the discourse system, explain the composition and core elements in its translation and communication, and outline an operational framework for both theoretical research and practical application. The paper is expected to provide reference for research on enhancement of national discourse for global communication and national image construction.
