摘要
目的探讨自制显微探针治疗纹眼线致阻塞型睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的临床效果.方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2019年6月于郑州市第七人民医院眼科门诊就诊纹眼线后MGD所致阻塞性干眼60例(120眼)的临床资料.在常规治疗的基础上使用自制显微探针,对每眼6~8个睑板腺管进行探通,然后注入适量的妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液,随访3个月进行观察.结果睑板腺开口分泌物由牙膏状、颗粒状及奶黄状样稍逐渐转变为蛋清样,睑板腺开口逐渐开放.治疗前泪膜破裂时间(BUT)为(3.11±1.23)秒,治疗后增加为(8.48±2.82)秒.临床治愈114眼(95.00%),好转4眼(3.33%),无效2眼(1.67%).结论自制显微探针睑板腺腺管探通术能有效缓解纹眼线后所致的睑板腺管阻塞.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made microprobe for the treatment of obstructive meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)caued by tattooing of eye line.Methods The clinical data of 12 eyes of 60 cases with obstructive dry eye caused by MGD aftert attooing of eye line from Jun.2016 to Jun.2019 in The Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou were analyzed retrospectively.On the basis of conventional treatment,6-8 tarsal glands were examined by self-made microprobe,and then injected with appropriate amount of tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops.All patients were observed and followed up for 3 months.Results The secretion of meibomian gland opening changed from toothpaste like,granular like and milk yellow like to egg white like.The meibomian gland opening gradually opened.The break-up time(BUT)before treatment was(3.11±1.23)seconds,which increased to(8.48±2.8)seconds after treatment.Total of 114 eyes were clinically cured(95.00%),4 eyes were improved(3.33%),2 eyes were ineffective(1.67%).Conclusion The probing of meibomian gland with self-made microprobe can effectively relieve the obstruction of tarsal glands caused by tattooingof eye lines.
