改性大孔树脂吸附处理低浓度有机废水 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步研究改性大孔树脂对低浓度有机废水的浓缩富集行为,对低浓度有机废水的组成与含量进行了测定分析,利用平衡实验数据对改性大孔树脂吸附模型进行了拟合,并基于此过程中的吸附热力学和动力学特性,探讨了吉布斯自由能变、焓变和熵变的变化规律,明确了适宜的动力学方程。结果表明,低浓度有机废水以酚类化合物为主,它的含量约占污水中有机物总质量的60%以上,其在改性大孔树脂上的吸附行为符合Langmuir-Freundlich等温吸附模型,其置信度高达99%;大量有机物分子可自发地在改性大孔树脂表面形成稳定的物理吸附并伴随放热、熵减;采用一级速率方程能够较好地拟合动力学数据,其在不同温度下的决定系数均大于0.99,表现出较高的准确度。 In order to further study the adsorption behavior of modified macroporous resin for organic matter in low concentration organic wastewater,the composition of low concentration organic wastewater and the content of organic matter were determined and analyzed,and then the adsorption model of modified macroporous resin was fitted by using the equilibrium experimental data.The varying laws of Gibbs free energy change,enthalpy change and entropy change were discussed based on the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics characteristics of this process.The suitable kinetic equation to this adsorption process is determined.The results show that:phenolic compounds are the main organic compounds in low concentration organic wastewater,which accounts for more than 60%of the total organic compounds in wastewater.The adsorption behavior of modified macroporous resin conforms to Langmuir-Freundlich isothermal adsorption model,and the confidence is as high as 99%.A large number of organic molecules can spontaneously form stable physical adsorption on the surface of modified macroporous resin,accompanied by heat release and entropy reduction.The first-order rate equation can fit the kinetic data well,and the determination coefficients at different temperatures are greater than 0.99,showing high accuracy.
