摘要
为了提高棉花钵苗移栽机构的数字化设计效率和设计精度,将ADMAS软件和离散元技术引入到了机构的设计和仿真运动上,利用CAD软件对所设计的棉花钵苗移栽机构进行了三维实体建模;然后,通过CAD和ADAMS良好的数据接口将模型数据直接导入ADAMS,根据实际设计要求添加相关约束;在此基础上,进行了运动仿真,研究了钵苗移栽机构的运动情况。通过仿真运动得了钵苗移栽机械的位移随时间变化结果,并绘制了可视化曲线。由曲线结果可以看出位移拐点及最大位移等信息,为机构的优化及强度校核等提供了数据参考。
In order to improve the efficiency and precision of digital design of cotton pot seedling transplanting mechanism,ADMAS software and discrete element technology are introduced into the design and Simulation of the mechanism.The three-dimensional solid model of the designed cotton pot seedling transplanting mechanism is built by using CAD software,and then the data interface between CAD and ADAMS is used to make the model.The model data are directly imported into ADAMS,and the relevant constraints are added according to the actual design requirements.Above it,the motion simulation is carried out to study the movement of pot seedling transplanting mechanism.The displacement of potted seedling transplanting machine changes with time through simulation movement,and the visual curve is drawn.From the curve results,the inflection point of displacement and the maximum displacement,which provides data reference for the optimization of mechanism and strength checking.
