摘要
近年来,随着民航运输业的快速发展,枢纽航线网络的相关研究受到了越来越多的关注。为了实现枢纽航线网络在效益与环保上的平衡,以航线网络的运输成本和CO 2排放量最低为目标函数,构建枢纽网络绿色优化模型,并引入结合宽容分层序列法的变领域搜索算法进行求解。实例结果表明,根据枢纽网络绿色优化模型,通过调整运输成本的宽容值,可以到达枢纽航线网络运输成本提高小于1%,CO 2排放量降低3%~5%的优化结果,实现经济成本与环境成本上较好的平衡。
In order to realize the balance between benefit and environmental protection of hub and route network,a green optimization model of hub network is constructed with the minimum transportation cost and CO 2 emission as the objective function,and the variable neighborhood search algorithm combined with tolerance hierarchical sequence method is introduced to solve the problem.The results show that,according to the green optimization model of hub network,by adjusting the tolerance value of transportation cost,the transportation cost can be increased by less than 1%,and the CO 2 emission can be reduced by 3%~5%,so as to achieve a better balance between economic cost and environmental cost.
