地铁车站深基坑施工中基底隆起规律及控制关键技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 在基坑开挖过程中,基坑底部和支护结构常出现较大隆起现象,发现不及时或处理不当,会造成基坑支护结构变形、侵限、基底土体扰动,严重时会发生支护体系失稳、基坑倾覆等安全事故。基坑底部的隆起值受基坑尺寸、地质情况、基坑暴露时间、周边环境以及施工质量等多方面因素影响,难以准确计算,但通过研究基底隆起规律,可以得出接近基底隆起实际发生值的研究结果。通过哈尔滨市清真寺地铁车站深基坑的工程实例,将施工工况、监测数据与控制措施进行结合对比,分析基底隆起的原因和规律,并对缩短基坑开挖时间和浇筑底板等施工控制措施的有效性进行跟踪验证,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。 During the excavation of the foundation pit,a large uplift often occurs at the bottom of the foundation pit and the supporting structure.If it is not found in time or handled improperly,it will cause deformation and invasion limit of the supporting structure of the foundation pit,and disturbance of the foundation soil.In serious cases,safety accidents such as instability of the support system and overturning of the foundation pit will occurr.The uplift value at the bottom of the foundation pit is difficult to calculate accurately due to various factors such as the size of the foundation pit,the geological situation,the exposure time of the foundation pit,the surrounding environment,and the construction quality.However,it is possible to gradually approach the actual value of the basement uplift by studying the basement uplift rules.Based on the engineering example of the deep foundation pit of the Mosque Subway Station in Harbin,the construction conditions,monitoring data and control measures are combined and compared to analyze the cause and rules of the foundation uplift,tracking and verifying the effectiveness of construction control measures such as shortening the excavation time of the foundation pit and pouring the bottom plate as soon as possible,which provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
