无患子种实性状评价与优良单株初选 被引量:2

摘要 在对湖南省5个不同产地共30株无患子的种实性状进行测量的基础上,选取8个主要种实性状(鲜果质量、果肉质量、种子质量、果肉果核比、果实形态指数、种子形态指数、果实大小指数、种子大小指数)指标,进行主成分分析。结果显示:参选无患子单株的种实质量性状变异系数较大,以特征值大于1且累积方差贡献率大于80%为选择标准,确定了3个能反映无患子主要种实性状的主成分,即产量因子(方差贡献率45.131%)、出果出仁因子(方差贡献率27.131%)和种实形态因子(方差贡献率13.217%)。根据主成分得分值和综合得分值对30株无患子单株进行评价,并充分考虑选择目标,考虑高产果肉型则选择吉首2号、吉首1号为优良单株,考虑高产果肉型则选择常德2号、常德13号为优良单株,考虑综合表现良好则选择吉首2号、吉首1号、常德2号、石门3号和常德13号等为优良单株。 Based on the measurement of the seed characteristicsof a total of 30 sapindusmukorossi Gaertn from five different producing areasin Hunan Province,eight main seed traits(fresh weight,pulp weight,seed weight,pulp-to-fruit core ratio,fruit morphology index,seed morphology index,fruit size index,and seed size index)were selected for principal component analysis.The resultsshowed that the seed quality traitsof the individual s.mukorossi selected in thisstudy varied greatly,and the selected seed traitsof the seedlingscan be used for selection of superior plants.With the characteristic value greater than 1 and the cumulative variance contribution rate greater than 80%asthe selection criteria,three principal componentswhich could reflect the main seed traitsof s.mukorossi were determined,including the yield factor(variance contribution rate 45.131%),the fruit and kernel factor(variance contribution rate 27.131%)and the seed morphology factor(variance contribution rate 13.217%).According to the sample principal component score and comprehensive score value,thirty indi vidual s.mukorossi were evaluated,and the target selection wasfully considered.Jishou No.2 and Jishou No.1 were considered asthe high-yield fruit type individual plants,while Changde No.2 and Changde No.13 were considered asthe high-yield fruit type individual plants.Jishou No.2,Jishou No.1,Changde No.2,shimen No.3,and Changde No.13 were considered asthe individual plantswith good comprehensive performance.
