小型燃气供暖锅炉的燃烧与污染物排放试验

摘要 以邹城市某单位700 kW燃气供暖锅炉为试验对象,通过连续48 d的燃气燃烧供热试验,利用CEMS、MRμ红外分析仪、ES全自动等速采样系统等先进仪器,对烟气中SO 2、NO x、CO等气体污染物,重金属、苯系物、PAH等排放进行了全面监测和分析。结果表明,小型燃气供暖锅炉热效率85%左右。由于频繁启动和停止的周期性操作,燃气燃烧不充分、烟气中NO x、CO等污染物排放高,且烟气中携带重金属、苯系物、PAH等致癌物质。建议在大力推广燃气供暖时,要对小型燃气供暖锅炉的污染物排放进行控制和治理。 Taking the 700 kW gas heating boiler in a unit in Zoucheng City as the testing object,the advanced instrument of CEMS,MRμinfrared analyzer and ES automatic is utilized through the continuous 48 d gas combustion heating test as well as the Flue Gas SO 2,NO x,CO and other air pollutants,heavy metals,such as benzeneand PAH emissions are monitored and analyzed.The result shows that the thermal efficiency is 85%or so in all gas-fired heating boiler.Gas burning is not sufficient and NO x,CO in the smoke has high emission as well as the heavy metal,Benzene series and PAH are carried in the smoke due to the frequent cyclic operation of starting and stopping.It is suggested that pollutant emissions from small gas-fired heating boilers are controlled and governed when vigorously promoting gas heating.
