摘要
测量了混凝土搅拌运输车在不同载荷情况下的抖动情况,利用数值模拟分析了抖动产生的原因并提出了3种解决方案。研究结果表明,8 m^3的混凝土搅拌车在满载下坡过程中,搅拌车在怠速和加速运行时会出现周期性剧烈抖动现象。通过结构分析和数值模拟发现,搅拌筒转到一定位置时封头、前锥、叶片开始形成密闭空气腔,搅拌筒的继续转动会压缩密闭空气腔,迫使其内部高压气体通过向混凝土液面鼓泡的方式离开密闭空气腔引发叶片振动进而造成了搅拌车罐体的周期性抖动。因此,降低混凝土装载量或者在构成密闭空间的叶片上开导流通孔,避免密闭空间形成,可以有效解决混凝土搅拌运输车运行过程中的抖动问题。
The vibration of the concrete mixer truck under different load conditions was measured,the reasons for the vibration were analyzed by numerical simulation and three solutions were proposed.The research results show that when the 8 m^3 concrete mixer truck is fully loaded downhill,the mixer truck will periodically vibrate during idling and acceleration.Through structural analysis and numerical simulation,it is found that when the mixing drum rotates to a certain position,the head,nose cone,and blades begin to form a closed air cavity.The continued rotation of the mixing drum will compress the air cavity and force the high-pressure gas inside to pass to the concrete liquid surface.The way of bubbles leaving the closed air cavity causes the blades to vibrate,which causes the periodic shaking of the tank body of the mixer truck.Therefore,reducing the concrete loading or opening the flow holes on the blades forming the closed space to avoid the formation of the closed space can effectively solve the problem of shaking during the operation of the concrete mixer truck.
