基于JACK虚拟仿真技术的裁板锯人机功效优化 被引量:5

摘要 裁板锯作为人造板下料工序的主要生产设备,其作业状况直接影响整个加工过程。为保证裁板锯工作岗位人机功效达到合理状态,借助JACK虚拟仿真技术对裁板锯工作岗位构建虚拟环境与模型,仿真分析下背部的拖拽、推、抬动作受力情况,拽、推、抬动作疲劳恢复时间,拖曳、推、抬、搬运、靠齐、测量、调试、休息、转向、行走等行为单元的新陈代谢和人机效率。根据JACK虚拟仿真结果,优化设计裁板锯工作岗位的平台高度、上料方式以及人机配合。最后对优化前后的裁板锯进行仿真检验,结果表明:经优化设计后,裁板锯运行效果良好,同时验证了JACK虚拟仿真技术在裁板锯的人机工效优化分析中的有效性。 The cut-to-size saw is the important machine when cutting wood-based panels,so it has a great influence on the whole manufacturing process.In order to achieve reasonable state for the man-machine efficacy of saw,JACK virtual simulation was applied to build virtual environment with the model.The simulation analysis method was used to analyze the push back drag\carry action force,drag\carrying movement fatigue recovery time,drag,pushing,lifting,handling,alignment,measurement\debug\to rest\alk the behavior of the cell metabolism and man-machine efficiency,etc.Based on the results of JACK virtual simulation,the platform height,loading and unloading mode,and operation process of cutting panel saw were optimized.Finally,the data before and after the panel saw were simulated and compared.The results showed that the panel saw worked in a good condition after optimization,and the effectiveness of JACK virtual simulation technology in the man-machine ergonomic optimization analysis of the panel saw was also verified.
