基于嵌入式的电磁无损检测系统及柔性探头研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用柔性印制电路板技术设计了花型柔性涡流探头。以STM32F4单片机为核心,基于嵌入式技术开发了电磁无损检测系统,包括激励信号源、功率放大电路、信号调理电路、电源电路和幅相检测电路。通过观察找出相位幅值明显变化的时刻,确认该时刻探头所在的位置为裂纹所在的位置。测试结果说明系统在一定情况下能检测出贯穿裂纹和半贯穿裂纹,并且能较稳定地工作,符合基本设计需求。 In this paper,a flexible floral eddy current probe is designed with the implementation of flexible printed circuit board technology.With the STM32F4 single-chip microcomputer as the core,an electromagnetic nondestructive testing system is developed based on embedded technology,including excitation signal source,power amplifier circuit,signal conditioning circuit,power supply circuit,and phase and amplitude detection circuit.The moment that the phase-amplitude changes significantly is considered the crack position where the probe is at.The test results showed that the system is able to detect penetrated and semi-penetrated cracks under certain circumstances and that it works more reliably and meets the basic design requirements.
