基于振动管密度计的数显糖度计校准方法探讨

摘要 为克服数显糖度计校准时标准糖溶液定值繁琐且易受液体蒸发和温度波动的影响,同时为适应在线测量的需要,提出了一种基于振动管密度计的数显糖度计的校准方法,通过密度与糖度函数关系可以标定标准糖溶液的糖度值。设计振动管密度计法的测量系统,采用与称量法、折射仪法比对试验的方式对这种系统进行了验证。与称量法相比振动管密度计法对测量环境要求低,操作更简单,不受液体蒸发的影响;与折射仪法相比,振动管密度计法能有效减少温度波动对测量结果的影响,易于实现在线测量。 To overcome the tedious calibration of digital saccharimeter,which is susceptible to evaporation and temperature fluctuation,and to meet the needs of online measurement,a calibration method of digital saccharimeter based on vibrating tube densimeter is proposed,which is capable of calibrating the value of standard sugar solution through the function relationship between density and sugar content.In this paper,a measurement system based on the vibrating tube densimeter is designed and validated by comparison with the weighing method and refractometer method.Compared to the weighing method,the vibrating tube densimeter method has lower environmental requirements,simpler operation,and is not affected by liquid evaporation.Compared to the refractometer method,the vibrating tube densimeter method can effectively reduce the influence of temperature fluctuations on the measurement results,which is convenient to perform the online measurement.
