摘要
根据PCR温度校准系统测温点多、测温精度高等特点,设计开发了一套PCR温度校准系统,其中温度传感器采用热敏电阻,为提高热敏电阻测温精度,采用最小二乘法对热敏电阻进行了温度校正,上位机软件采用VB和组态王混合编程实现,充分利用组态王与硬件的良好的通信功能和VB的强大数据处理能力,并利用DDE技术(动态数据交换)实现了VB和组态王的动态数据交换。
A temperature calibration system for PCR was developed based on the features of multiple temperature measuring points and high accuracy of temperature measurement,in which the NTC thermistor was used as the temperature sensor.To improve the temperature measurement precision of the thermistor,the least square method was employed.The software was implemented by using VB and Kingview,which takes full advantage of good communication between Kingview and the hardware,and the powerful data processing ability of VB.The DDE dynamic data exchange technology was used to realize the dynamic data exchange of VB and Kingview.
