摘要
目的探讨超声心动图在冠心病患者冠脉介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月-12月安远县人民医院50例择期行冠脉介入术治疗的冠心病患者作为研究对象,分别于术前3 d,术后1个月及术后3个月使用超声心动图进行检查,对比分析其左室功能检查结果[(左室收缩末期容量(LESV)、左室舒张末期容量(LEDV)、左室节段射血分数(REF)、左室心搏量(LSV)]。结果术后1个月及术后3个月患者LESV、LEDV均较术前明显降低,REF、LSV较术前明显增加;且术后3个月变化幅度明显高于术后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗成功率为94.00%(47/50);患者术后3个月期间无复流1例、慢复流1例、急性支架内栓塞1例、冠脉穿孔1例,并发症发生率为8.00%(4/50),均经超声心动图发现后及时进行治疗并有效改善。结论超声心动图用于冠心病患者冠脉介入治疗中,能定量反映冠脉介入术前后左室功能改变情况,为冠心病患者的治疗效果以及预后情况提供了准确的评判依据,并且能及时发现术后并发症,做到早期处理,提升治疗成功率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasonic cardiogram in coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 50 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent selective coronary intervention in the hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The patients underwent ultrasonic cardiogram before surgery for 3 d,after surgery for 1 month and 3 months. The left ventricular function results [left ventricular end systolic volume(RESV),left ventricular end diastolic volume(REDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(REF),left ventricular stoke volume(RSV)] were compared analyzed. Results The REDV and RESV of patients after surgery for 1 month and 3 months were significantly lower than those before surgery,the REF and RSV were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The changing range after surgery for 3 months was significantly higher than that after surgery for 1 month,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The success rate of treatment in the patients was 94.00%(47/50);There was 1 case of no-reflow,1 case of slow-reflow,1 case of acute stent embolization,1 case of coronary artery perforation in the patients after surgery for 3 months,and the incidence of complications was 8.00%(4/50),and they were treated in time and effectively improved after being found by ultrasonic cardiogram. Conclusion Ultrasonic cardiogram in coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can quantitatively reflect the changes of left ventricular cardiac function before and after coronary intervention,provide accurate judgement basis for the treatment effect and prognosis of coronary heart disease patients,timely identify the complications after coronary intervention and give early treatment to improve the success rate of treatment.
