摘要
研究比较了有机硅和丙烯酸两大类液态光学胶胶水的性能差异。介绍了不同性能参数对贴合工艺和质量的影响程度;同时针对目前液态光学胶在应用过程中存在的开胶、气泡、MURA黄斑问题,提出了具体的解决办法,为胶水广泛应用提供有力的技术支撑。
The different kinds of LOCA(liquid optical clear adhesive)between organic silicon and acrylic adhesive were compared,and the influence of different performance parameters on bonding process and quality were introduced. The solutions were proposed for the questions,such as degumming、bubbles、MURA in LOCA’s application,providing forceful technical support for the widely application of adhesive.
