摘要 目的调研用户需求与时间出行间的关系,探究信息终端可视化设计的用户研究方法。方法将KANO模型与时间结合,提出基于动态满意度的信息终端可视化方法。将动态满意度应用于智慧交互信息终端的前期用户需求分析中,通过设置问卷分析用户在不同时间段对终端功能模块满意度的变化,计算功能时间段权重,确定功能动态布局,归纳功能属性。并结合视觉感知原则,应用于智慧城市信息政务终端可视化呈现。结果得到不同功能模块在不同时间段的满意度权重,确定功能总体属性归类。结论运用动态满意度进行用户研究,可以更细致地挖掘用户需求,提高用户产品使用效率。 Objective In order to investigate the relationship between user demand and travel time,the user survey method in design field is developed.Methods In this paper,a design method based on dynamic satisfaction is proposed by combining Kano model with time.The dynamic satisfaction degree is applied to the analysis of user needs in the early stage of visualization of multifunctional information query terminals,and the change of user satisfaction degree to terminal function module in different time is analyzed by setting up a questionnaire,summarize the function attributes and propose development,then,the dynamic layout of the function is determined by calculating the weight of the function time interval,and the design of display interface of smart city information query terminal is completed by combining the principle of visual perception.Results This paper obtains the satisfaction weight of different functional modules in different time periods,determines the classification of the overall attributes of the functions,and puts forward development suggestions.Conclusion The result shows that the dynamic satisfaction survey can excavate the user's demand more carefully and improve the efficiency of the user's product.
