摘要
电子皮带秤在线校准装置的应用十分迫切,电子皮带秤在日常校验中,通常采用标准链码来校验标定。为了解决链码的现场使用,链码的收放卷扬装置得到广泛应用。链码卷扬装置的运用,有效解决了用户在使用电子皮带秤时的在线校验标定,又解决了标准链码的搬运收放问题。标准链码装置安装于现场,对电子皮带秤定期或不定期在线校验标定,有利于消除皮带机对电子皮带秤的动态影响,又能增加校准次数,提高了工作效率和皮带秤的运行效能。
