基于弹性轴控制的压缩机悬置系统启停工况的振动分析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决某房车空调系统启停振动较大的问题,采用改变压缩机悬置系统弹性轴位置的方法,首先,进行空调系统的整车及台架试验,并结合试验模态分析,得到空调系统启停振动较大的原因。然后,利用弹性轴和扭矩轴理论并分析系统弹性轴和扭矩轴的位置,依次减小二者间距离选取4种方案,利用多体动力学软件ADAMS进行启动工况振动仿真。最后,进行空调系统的台架试验。试验结果表明:随着压缩机悬置系统的弹性轴与扭矩轴间距离的减小,启停工况下的振动也不断减小。当弹性轴与扭矩轴间距离减小至25 mm时,启停工况下的振动峰值均减小38%以上。 In order to solve the severe vibration problem of a camper air conditioner during the start-stop condition,the method based on changing the position of the elastic axis of air conditioner compressor mount system is introduced.Firstly,the air conditioner compressor body and the whole vehicle vibration tests have been carried out.Combining with the test modal analysis,the reason for the severe start-stop vibration problem of the air-conditioning system is analyzed.Then,by analyzing the relative position between the elastic axis and the torque axis of the air conditioner compressor mount system,four schemes are selected by reducing the distance between them in order.The multi-body dynamics software ADAMS is used to simulate the vibration of the starting condition.Finally,the bench test of the air conditioning system has been carried out.The result shows that as the distance between the elastic axis and the torque axis of the compressor mount system decreases,the vibration amplitude under the start-stop condition decreases as well.When the distance decreases to 25 mm,the vibration peak is reduced by more than 38%under the start-stop condition.
