摘要
用“物质吉布斯自由能法”对磷铁掺钴制备磷化二钴进行了热力学研究.结果表明:在298~1600 K的范围内,FeP、Fe 2P与Co反应制备Co 2P可行,吉布斯自由能分别由-60.96、-27.55 kJ/mol升高至-33.40、-15.48 kJ/mol.对应反应的标准平衡常数与温度的关系分别为:lg Kθ1=3480.601 T-0.87,lg Kθ2=1592.591 T-0.46.298 K时2个反应的化学平衡常数分别为4.84×1010和6.74×104,温度升高到600 K时,对应的标准平衡常数分别降为1.21×105和183.35,可以认为按反应转化为磷化二钴是彻底的.当温度上升到700 K时,两反应的化学平衡常数均降低,变化分别降低到1.83×104和74.48.磷铁中的FeP转化效果不如600 K时.为了使磷铁加钴制备Co 2P反应彻底,温度尽可能不要高于700 K.为制备实验研究提供了热力学依据,为磷铁的循环利用与制备过渡金属磷化物提出了新思路.
The“Gibbs free energy approach”has been used to give a thermodynamic study of the reaction of diboric phosphate at different temperatures.The results show that two reactions of FeP,Fe 2P and Co in preparing dibromide will occur in the range of 298~1600 K.Gibbs free energy has increased from-60.96、-27.55 kJ/mol up to-33.40、-15.48 kJ/mol.The relationships between the equilibrium constant and the temperature were obtained as follows:lg Kθ1=3480.601 T-0.87 and lg Kθ2=1592.591 T-0.46 of reaction of(1)and(2)respectively under the same temperature range.At room temperature,the chemical equilibrium constants of the two reactions have reached 4.84×1010 and 6.74×104,respectively.When the temperature has risen from 298 K to 600 K or 700 K,the chemical equilibrium constant of the two reactions has decreased,the range of changes has varied from 4.84×1010 to 1.21×105,1.83×104,and from 6.74×104 to 183.35,74.48.This research provides thermodynamic parameters for further experimental study.
