釉上低温丝印颜料的研究

摘要 本文以"釉上低温丝印颜料"为研究对象,研究了影响颜料彩烧温度的因素,在总结现有平、丝印陶瓷釉上颜料的熔剂组成成份的基础上,对原料的选择,配方组成,影响铅、镉溶出量,以及对部分色剂改制进行了实验。结果表明影响颜料铅、镉出量的因素是多方面的,其中熔剂的组成成份是重要的,此外,色剂的耐化学侵蚀性能也是不可忽视的因素,经过一年多来的探讨研究,初步研制出深蓝、茶色、赤色、海蓝、奶黄、黑色、深紫红、硒红、镉黄、深绿、白色、淡紫红共十二个品种。 In this paper,"over-glaze low-temperature silk-screen printing pigment"is taken as the research object,and the factors affecting the color firing temperature of pigment are studied.On the basis of summarizing the flux composition of existing flat and silk-screen printing ceramic over-glaze pigments,experiments are made on the selection of raw materials,the composition of formula,the influence on the dissolution of lead and cadmium,and the modification of some colorants.The results show that there are many factors affecting the output of lead and cadmium in pigment,among which the composition of flux is important,and the chemical corrosion resistance of colorant is also a factor that can’t be ignored.After more than one year’s discussion and research,twelve varieties of deep blue,brown,red,blue,milk yellow,black,deep purple,selenium red,cadmium yellow,deep green,white and light purple have been preliminarily developed.
