摘要
化工企业的生产过程通常具有温度压力高、易燃易爆炸、产生有毒气体等多种危害因素,安全生产危险等级高,容易发生爆炸,引发火灾等一系列事故,造成人员损伤和财产损失,这就凸显了化工企业本质安全管理的重要性。化工企业安全管理主要包含安全教育、安全隐患排查、应急预案的编写和实施、职业健康和综合管理五个部分,安全管理体系是化工企业发展的基础。本文简单叙述了化工企业在安全管理体系建设需要注意的事项。
The production process of chemical enterprises usually has many harmful factors,such as high temperature and pressure,flammability and explosion,and toxic gases,etc.,which are high in safety production risk level,easy to explode,and then lead to a series of accidents,such as fire,resulting in personnel injury and property loss,which highlights the importance of intrinsic safety management of chemical enterprises.Safety management of chemical enterprises mainly includes five parts:safety education,investigation of potential safety hazards,preparation and implementation of emergency plans,occupational health and comprehensive management.Safety management system is the foundation of the development of chemical enterprises.This paper briefly describes the matters needing attention in the construction of safety management system in chemical enterprises.
