摘要
随着人口老龄化的发展,全球糖尿病和胃癌的患病人数逐年增多,且糖尿病患者罹患肿瘤的数量也越来越多。有研究显示,二甲双胍不仅可降低糖尿病患者的血糖,还能影响糖尿病患者胃癌的发病风险及胃癌的预后。此文通过相关文献检索,就二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者胃癌影响的研究作一综述。
With the aging of the population,the number of patients suffering from diabetes and gastric cancer in the world is increasing year by year,and the number of diabetes patients suffering from tumors is also increasing.Studies have shown that metformin can not only lower the blood sugar of diabetic patients,but also affect the risk of gastric cancer and the prognosis of gastric cancer in diabetic patients.In this article,we reviewed the related research on the effect of metformin on gastric cancer in patients with type 2 diabetes through related literature search.
