摘要
当前,我国经济社会的发展面临新形势,企业为了适应新时代的发展需求,必须不断创新内部工作的方式方法。在企业的各项管理工作中,党建工作占据较为关键的位置。在新时期,企业应妥善融合多元化思想,综合进行党建工作创新探索,保障企业党建工作的可持续发展。论文针对企业基层党建的重要性进行论述,探索了企业基层党建工作的创新路径,以供参考。
At present,China's economic and social development is facing a new situation.In order to meet the development needs of the new era,the enterprise must constantly innovate its internal work mode and method.In the various management work of the enterprise,the Party building work occupies a key position.In the new era,the enterprise should properly integrate diversified ideas,comprehensively carry out innovative exploration of Party building work,and ensure the sustainable development of enterprise Party building work.This paper discusses the importance of enterprise grassroots Party building,and explores the innovation path of enterprise grassroots Party building work,for reference.
