摘要
目的探究咖啡酸对肺癌患者放疗后白细胞、血小板减少的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年11月在本院住院的68例肺癌患者为对象,根据患者是否给予咖啡酸治疗将患者分为两组,试验组和对照组,每组34例。观察试验组与对照组患者治疗前,治疗1周、2周、4周后WBC及血小板水平。结果试验组与对照组患者WBC及血小板存在时间效应,在观察时间内试验组与对照组患者WBC及血小板水平有先下降后上升的趋势;试验组与对照组患者WBC及血小板水平有组别效应,试验组患者WBC及血小板水平在治疗1周、2周、4周后均高于对照组;试验组与对照组患者WBC及血小板存在交互效应,两组患者WBC及血小板水平有随时间变化而升高的趋势,且试验组高于对照组。结论咖啡酸可改善肺癌患者放疗后WBC及血小板降低的趋势,有助于恢复患者骨髓抑制。
Objective To explore the effect of caffeic acid on the reduction of white blood cells and platelets in patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods A total of 68 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected as subjects.According to whether the patients were given caffeic acid or not,the patients were divided into two groups,an experimental group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The WBC and platelet levels of the experimental group and the control group before treatment,1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment were observed.Results The WBC and platelet levels of the experimental group and the control group had a time effect.During the observation period,the WBC and platelet levels of the experimental group and the control group had a tendency to decrease first and then increase.The WBC and platelet levels of the experimental group and the control group had a group effect,the WBC and platelet levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks of treatment.The experimental group and the control group had an interactive effect on WBC and platelets,the WBC and platelet levels of the two groups increased with time,and those in the experimental group were higher.Conclusion Caffeic acid can improve the tendency of WBC and platelet reduction in patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy,and helps to restore the myelosuppression.
