血清降钙素原和超敏C反应蛋白水平的变化与炎症性皮肤病伴细菌感染的相关性 被引量:3

The correlation between the changes of serum procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and inflammatory skin diseases with bacterial infections

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(简称PCT)和超敏C反应蛋白水平(简称hs-CRP)的变化与炎症性皮肤病伴细菌感染的相关性。方法选取2017年2月~2020年2月间来院治疗的87例炎症性皮肤病患者,以有无细菌感染为标准,A组为合并细菌感染45例;B组为未合并细菌感染42例。对其进行PCT与hs-CRP检测,对比两组治疗前后的数值变化和诊断准确率。结果A组治疗前的PCT水平为(25.31±4.21)ng/L,B组为(5.04±0.86)ng/L;A组治疗前的hs-CRP水平为(26.30±5.12)mg/L,B组为(10.83±5.07)mg/L。治疗后,两组的PCT水平分别为(4.85±0.37)ng/L和(4.81±0.33)ng/L;两组的hs-CRP水平分别为(10.03±1.36)mg/L和(10.59±1.32)mg/L。两组治疗前PCT、hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后和B组治疗前后PCT、hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,B/E值与两项指标均呈正相关,且相关强度均为强;治疗后,B/E值与两项指标均呈正相关,但相关强度均为弱。结论PCT与hs-CRP的水平变化可诊断炎症性皮肤病患者是否合并细菌感染,可作为该病诊断的敏感性指标,其与细菌感染的病情程度具有相关性,且能作为细菌感染的预后评价指标。 Objective To analyze the correlation between changes in serum procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels and inflammatory skin diseases with bacterial infections.Methods The subjects of the study were 87 patients with inflammatory skin diseases who came to the hospital for treatment between February 2017 and February 2020.Taking the presence or absence of bacterial infection as the standard,45 cases with bacterial infection were included in group A,and 42 cases without bacterial infection were included in group B.PCT and hs-CRP were tested to compare the numerical changes before and after treatment and the diagnostic accuracy rate.Results The PCT level before treatment was(25.31±4.21)ng/L in group A,and(5.04±0.86)ng/L in group B.The hs-CRP level before treatment was(26.30±5.12)mg/L in group A,(10.83±5.07)mg/L in group B.After treatment,the PCT levels of the two groups were(4.85±0.37)ng/L and(4.81±0.33)ng/L;the hs-CRP levels of the two groups were(10.03±1.36)mg/L and(10.59±1.32)mg/L,respectively.There was a difference between the two groups of PCT,hs-CRP before treatment,and there was a difference before and after treatment in group A(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups of PCT,hs-CRP after treatment and before and after treatment in group B(P>0.05).Before treatment,the B/E value was positively correlated with the two indicators,and the correlation strength was strong.After treatment,the B/E value was positively correlated with the two indicators,but the correlation strength was weak.Conclusion Changes in the levels of PCT and hs-CRP can diagnose whether patients with inflammatory skin diseases are associated with bacterial infections,which can be used as sensitive indicators for the diagnosis of the disease.They are related to the severity of bacterial infections and can be used as the prognostic indicator of bacterial infection.
