摘要
轮胎生产车间特别是硫化过程中会散发大量的热和污染物,利用通风将硫化车间的热和污染物排出是控制车间环境最常用的手段,硫化车间通风系统在设计时必须同时满足排除车间余热和污染物的要求。由于排除余热所需要的通风量远大于排除污染物所需的通风量,因此全面通风方式在轮胎生产车间中较为适用,通过对某轮胎生产车间空调及通风系统设计进行综述,以期对后续设计有局部借鉴意义。
Rubber vulcanization process generate a large number of heat and contaminants entering the curing workshop.The most common mean taking the heat and contaminants out of the workshop is using the ventilation systems.The design of ventilation system should meet the requirements of eliminating waste heat and pollutants at the same time.Since the ventilation to eliminate waste heat is much larger than that needed to remove pollutants,Comprehensive ventilation is more suitable in the tire production workshop.This paper summarizes the design of air conditioning and ventilation system in a tire production workshop,in order to provide some reference for the follow-up design.
