摘要 知识与性格构成了社会个体的核心特质。具有知性特质的员工,不仅是企业组织的重要资源,也是社会的中坚力量,他们的社会认同对我国建设和谐社会具有重要意义。以CGSS 2015调查数据为样本来源,通过AMOS建立结构方程模型,测量员工的知识与性格特质对社会认同的积极作用,以及工作业绩和自我调适在作用过程中的中介效应。研究结果证实了知性特质对社会认同的直接与中介作用路径,这为国家从企业层面深入强化社会和谐的微观治理提供了新思路。 Knowledge and personality make up an individual's core traits.The employees with in⁃tellectual traits are not only important resources for organizations but also the core forces for soci⁃ety.Their social identities are significant to the development of harmonious society in our coun⁃try.The study took the survey data of CGSS2015 as sample and set up a structural equation mod⁃el(SEM)by AMOS to measure the positive effects of knowledge and personality on social identi⁃ty,and the mediating effect of work performance and self-adjustment during the reaction.The re⁃sults have certified the direct and mediated affecting paths of knowledge and personality on so⁃cial identity.The conclusions provide new ideas for Chinese government to deeply improve so⁃cial harmony by micro governance on organizational level.
