摘要 在机械制造厂中,夹具大致分为机床夹具、焊接夹具、热处理夹具、装配夹具等,运用最为广泛的是机床夹具。在以前的工厂生产中,所使用的基本上都是手动夹具,这一工具的效率并不高,且存在着质量不稳定的特点,被人为因素所影响的概率很大。而随着我国现代化工业技术的进步,工厂对设备的自动化要求越来越高,所以自动化液压夹具在当前的工厂中逐渐被大众接受,并且已经越来越向着自动化的方向发展。本文通过对液压夹具的定位原则进行了分析,且对后续的发展做出了简要的判断,本文针对液压夹具的设计原则和应用等进行研究。 In machinery manufacturing plants,fixtures are roughly divided into machine tool fixtures,welding fixtures,heat treatment fixtures,assembly fixtures,etc.The most widely used is machine tool fixtures.In the previous factory production,the manual fixtures were basically used.The efficiency of this tool was not high,and the quality was unstable,and the probability of being affected by human factors was high.With the advancement of my country's modern industrial technology,factories have higher and higher requirements for equipment automation,so automated hydraulic fixtures are gradually being accepted by the public in the current factories,and they have become more and more automated.This article analyzes the positioning principles of hydraulic fixtures and makes a brief judgment on the subsequent development.This article studies the design principles and applications of hydraulic fixtures.
