摘要
为了建立一种高效液相色谱法检测婴幼儿配方米粉样品中维生素B2前处理的新方法,本文称取1~10 g样品,加入40 mL 0.1 mol/L盐酸,超声溶解30 min,用水定容至50 mL,8000 r/min离心10 min,取上清液过0.45μm滤膜待测,采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)分离,按照GB 5009.85-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中维生素B2的测定》仪器条件检测。结果显示,相较于GB 5009.85—2016中的样品前处理方法,该方法前处理简单快捷,色谱干扰峰少,准确度高,适用于婴幼儿配方米粉中维生素B2的测定。
In order to establish a new method for the detection of vitamin B2 in the pretreatment of infant formula rice noodle samples by high performance liquid chromatography,this paper weighs 1—10 g of the sample,adds 40 mL of 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid,and dissolves it by ultrasonic for 30 min,dilutes the volume to 50 mL with water,centrifuges at 8000 r/min for 10 min,takes the supernatant through a 0.45μm filter membrane for testing,and uses a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)for separation,tests according to the instrument conditions of GB 5009.85—2016"Food Safety Determination of Vitamin B2 in National Standard Food".The results show that compared with the sample pretreatment method in GB 5009.85—2016,this method is simple and quick,has fewer chromatographic interference peaks,and has high accuracy.It is suitable for the determination of vitamin B2 in infant formula rice noodles.
