摘要
汽车通常是由发动机、底盘、车身和电气设备四大部分组成,其中汽车发动机和底盘中使用了大量的油路管件、气路管件、水路管件等管路零部件,而汽车管路零部件是汽车动力系统中重要的安全件,其质量的好坏直接影响汽车的安全性能,一旦出现问题将会严重影响汽车的正常运行,可能造成重大事故,影响到汽车驾乘人员的生命财产安全。为了检测汽车管路安全可靠性,模拟汽车在行驶时的实际工况状态,本文在115℃环境下进行汽车油管或气管与非金属管路标准接头的高温拉拔试验。
Automobiles are usually composed of four parts:engine,chassis,body and electrical equipment.Among them,a large number of pipeline parts such as oil pipe fittings,gas pipe fittings,and water pipe fittings are used in automobile engines and chassis.The quality of important safety parts in the automobile power system directly affects the safety performance of the automobile.Once a problem occurs,it will seriously affect the normal operation of the automobile and may cause major dangers,which are related to the life and property safety of the car's drivers and passengers.In order to detect the safety and reliability of automobile pipelines and simulate the actual working conditions of the automobile when driving,this paper conducts a high temperature pull test of the standard joints of automobile oil pipes or air pipes and non-metallic pipelines at 115℃.
