CO-SCR脱硝技术催化剂的研究与应用

摘要 选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction)是应用最广泛、成熟度最高的脱硝技术。相比NH3-SCR等技术,以CO作为还原剂的CO-SCR脱硝技术更绿色环保,资源消耗更少。CO-SCR脱硝技术的核心是催化剂的制备。本文介绍了几种具备抗氧性的催化剂,包括贵金属催化剂、单一过渡金属催化剂、复合过渡金属催化剂等。对COSCR脱硝技术用催化剂的研究与应用进行了阐述和总结,以期为不同工况下氮氧化物的选择性催化还原处理的催化剂选择提供参考。 Selective catalytic reduction was the most widely used and most mature denitration technology.CO-SCR using CO as a reducing agent was more environmentally friendly and consumes less resources than NH3-SCR and other technologies.The core of CO-SCR denitration technology was the preparation of catalysts.In this paper,several catalysts with antioxidant properties,included precious metal catalysts,single transition metal catalysts,and composite transition metal catalysts were introduced.The research and application of CO-SCR denitration technology catalysts were described and summarized in order to provide a reference for the selection of catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides under different conditions.
