摘要
物种编目评估是生物多样性研究和保护的基础,开展野生动物多样性监测对更新本底物种编目资料至关重要。2016年4月-2018年12月,利用红外相机技术对四川雪宝顶国家级自然保护区内的兽类和鸟类多样性开展监测研究。研究期间共布设169个相机监测位点,覆盖109个公里网格,共计31 148个相机日,共获得照片27 402张,视频19 621段,物种拍摄记录数16 696份,独立有效记录数2 845次,共鉴定出野生鸟兽7目20科51种,其中兽类4目13科22种,鸟类3目7科29种。国家重点保护野生动物共计18种,其中国家Ⅰ级重点保护兽类4种、鸟类2种,国家Ⅱ级重点保护兽类7种、鸟类5种;IUCN红色名录濒危(EN)物种2种,易危(VU)物种6种,近危(NT)物种3种。兽类中中华斑羚Naemorhedus griseus的相对多度指数和网格占有率在历年的监测结果中均最高,而鸟类中最高的是红腹角雉Tragopan temminckii和血雉Ithaginis cruentus。共计33种鸟兽物种在历年监测中均被拍摄到,有12种仅在其中2年监测中被拍摄到,有6种仅在其中1年监测中被拍摄到。本研究为保护区成立以来首次利用红外相机技术对区内野生鸟兽物种的监测记录,为更新本底物种编目及后续科学研究与保护管理积累了重要的基础资料。
Species cataloging assessment is the basis of biodiversity research and conservation,and wildlife diversity monitoring is essential for updating local species cataloging data.From April 2016 to December 2018,camera traps were installed to investigare the diversity of mammals and birds in the Xuebaoding National Nature Reserve(Sichuan Province,China).With an intensive survey effort of 31148 camera days at 169 locations covering 109 km 2,27402 photographs,19621 videos,16696 total records and 2845 independent records were collected.A total of 51 species from 20 families and 7 orders,including 4 orders,13 families and 22 species of mammals,3 orders,7 families and 29 species of birds,were finally identified.Specifically,18 species are listed as key protected wild animals in China,among which 4 species of mammals and 2 species of birds are listed as classⅠnationally protected species and 7 species of mammals and 5 species of birds are listed as classⅡ.Two species are evaluated as Endangered by IUCN Red List,6 as Vulnerable and 3 as Near Threatened.Among the animal species,Chinese goral(Naemorhedus griseus)was found to have the highest relative abundance index and grid occupancy,while Temminck’s tragopan(Tragopan temminckii)and blood pheasant(Ithaginis cruentus)had the highest relative abundance index and grid occupancy among the bird species.According to the monitoring results in the recent years,a total of 33 species of mammals and birds were photographed annually,12 species were photographed in 2 years,and 6 species were photographed only in 1 year.This study monitors and records wild mammal and bird species in the Xuebaoding National Nature Reserve by using infrared camera technology for the first time since the establishment of the reserve,and thus provides important basic data for the update of local species cataloging,subsequent scientific research and protection management.
