摘要
考察了反应转化率、萃取塔界面液位、中间储槽水质量分数、pH值、脱轻塔塔压对二氧五环质量和产量的影响。结果表明:在反应转化率为65%,萃取塔界面液位为15%~20%,中间储槽水分质量分数小于1.5%,产品pH值为7.5,脱轻塔塔压差较小的条件下,可以工业化生产得到产品质量及产量较高的二氧五环。
The impacts of influencing factors such as reaction conversion rate,section level of extraction tower,water content of intermediate storage tank,product′s pH value and the pressure of the light boiling tower on the quality and output of dioxolane were investigated.The results showed under the conditions of reaction conversion rate 65%,the section liquid level of the extraction tower within 15%-20%,the water mass fraction of the intermediate storage tank lower than 1.5%,the product′pH value 7.5 and minor pressure difference in the lightening tower,the quality and output of dioxolane were improved.
