摘要
菜用大豆富含人体必需的营养成分,而且属于绿色、低污染有机食品,深受人们的喜爱。山西种植大豆历史悠久,但在菜用大豆的种植上起步较晚,发展较慢,品种老化单一。因此,培育适合山西当地种植的专用大豆品种及高产栽培技术,显得十分迫切。山西农科院经过多年的研究,培育出四个适宜当地种植的专用菜用大豆新品种,将对山西菜用大豆产业的发展起到推动的作用。
Vegetable soybean is rich in nutrients essential for human body,and is a green and low pollution food,which is a favorite of human being.Shanxi has a long history of grain soybean planting,while the development of vegetable soybean planting is rather late and slow with very few and old varieties..Therefore,it is very urgent to select vegetable soybean varieties and develop high-yielding practices suitable for Shanxi local conditions.After years of research,the Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences has released four vegetable soybean new varieties suitable for local cultivation,which will promote the development of vegetable soybean industry in Shanxi province.
