摘要
为了研究燃油系统中不同故障类型对排放的影响程度,对多辆OBDⅡ车中多种燃油系统故障进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:燃油系统混合气浓故障主要造成CO和NMHC排放恶化,CO和NMHC排放分别增加了1.8~3.6倍和3.8~5.0倍。燃油系统混合气稀故障主要造成NO_x排放恶化,NO_x排放增加了3.0~5.0倍。燃油系统缸间不均匀故障分为不同气缸间不均匀稀和不均匀浓2种故障形式,缸间不均匀稀故障主要造成NO_x排放恶化,NO_x排放增加了7.5倍,缸间不均匀浓故障主要造成CO和NMHC排放恶化,CO和NMHC排放分别增加了3.0倍和2.6倍。
In order to study the influence of different fault types on emissions in fuel system,experimental research has been carried out on various fuel system faults in several OBDⅡvehicles.The test results show that the fuel system mixture rich fault mainly worsens CO and NMHC emissions,CO and NMHC emissions increased by 1.8-3.6 times and 3.8-5.0 times respectively;the fuel system mixture lean fault mainly worsens NOx emissions,which increases by 3.0-5.0 times.There are two kinds of imbalance faults between different cylinders:imbalance lean and imbalance rich.Imbalance lean mainly causes NOx deterioration,which increases by 7.5 times.Imbalance rich mainly causes CO and NMHC emissions deterioration,CO and NMHC emissions increase by 3.0 times and 2.6 times respectively.
