基体改进剂对GFAAS法测定麦苗粉中铅的影响

摘要 采用硝酸钯作为基体改进剂,建立了石墨炉原子吸收法测定麦苗粉中铅的方法。由于麦苗粉含有大量有机物,在消解过程中需加入硝酸、高氯酸等试剂,引入的一些离子对铅的测定产生干扰,以硝酸钯作为基体改进剂,消除基体干扰,优化测定铅的灰化温度和原子化温度。实验结果表明:应用硝酸钯作为基体改进剂,测定麦苗粉中铅的方法具有回收率高、相对标准偏差范围小、重现性较好等优点。 A method for the determination of lead in wheat seedling powder by GFAAS with palladium nitrate as matrix modifier was established.Because the wheat seedling powder contains a lot of organic compound,nitric acid,perchloric acid and other chemical reagent are added in the digestion process,some ions introduced interfere with the determination of lead.Palladium nitrate was used as matrix modifier to eliminate matrix interference,and the measurement of ashing and atomizing temperatures of lead were optimized.The results show that the method of using palladium nitrate as matrix modifier has the advantages of high recovery,little range of relative standard deviation and good reproducibility.
