摘要
“文化衡水”建设是衡水市利用当地文化资源谋求发展的战略选择。鉴于衡水是董仲舒的故乡,是全国董子文化资源的最大富集之地,推进“文化衡水”建设自然要积极利用衡水丰富的董子文化资源。数字化保护,能够让信息永久留存;数字化展示,能够让历史不再枯燥;数字化复制,能够让文化薪火相传;数字化服务,能够让服务创造价值。在“文化衡水”建设中,必须大力采用数字化技术,对董子文化资源做数字化经营。
The construction of“Cultural Hengshui”is a strategy for the rapid development of Hengshui City by making full use of local cultural resources.Hengshui is the hometown of Dong Zhongshu and the largest accumulation place of Dong Zi cultural resources in the country.Therefore,it is natural to actively use Dong Zi cultural resources to promote the construction of“Cultural Hengshui”.Digital protection can keep the information forever;digital display can tell the history in a vivid way;digital copy can make the culture pass on;digital service can create more value.In the construction of“Cultural Hengshui”,digital technology must be greatly adopted and Dong Zi cultural resources must be managed in a digitalized way.
