摘要
通过对小型带式输送机运输能力进行分析,通过对比输送带型选型差异,尤其对输送带运行中张力、配重进行分析,同时通过驱动电机及托辊等转动部件进行小改进提升,计算在满足使用条件下增大出力的可行性,从面提出小型带式运输机在原设备基础上增大输送量的方法。
Through the analysis of the transportation capacity of the small belt conveyor,by comparing the difference in the selection of the conveyor belt type,especially the analysis of the tension and counterweight in the operation of the conveyor belt,the feasibility of increasing the output under the condition of meeting the service conditions was calculated through the small improvement and lifting of the rotating parts such as the driving motor and the idler.And the method of increasing the conveying capacity of the small belt conveyor on the basis of the original equipment was put forward.
