摘要
目的:以丹参酮IIA、三七总皂苷、芦荟苷及甘草酸为原料,以卡波姆为主要基质,制备一种复方丹参凝胶面膜。方法:采用单因素考察法、正交试验法优化复方丹参凝胶面膜的最佳基质配比。结果:确定复方丹参凝胶面膜的最佳处方配比为0.4%卡波姆940、20%甘油、30%乙醇、2%吐温-80、2%氮酮、0.2%尼泊金乙酯。结论:通过处方优选的凝胶面膜呈橙红色半透明状,触感细腻柔滑,黏度适中,涂展性良好。
Objective: Compound Danshen gel mask was prepared with Tanshinone IIA,notoginseng saponins,aloin and glycyrrhizic acid as raw materials and carbomer as the main matrix. Method: Orthogonal test and single factor test were used to optimize gel matrix. Result: The optimum formula was 0. 4% carbomer,20% glycerin,30% ethanol 2% tween-80,2% azone and 0. 2%ethylparaben. Conclusion: The gel mask optimized by prescription is orange-red and translucentwith delicate and smooth touch and moderate viscosity and Good coating malleability.
