摘要
简单的分析了烟囱腐蚀的相关原理并介绍了一种脱硫后烟气的换热设备,该换热设备将脱硫后净烟气中部分显热及汽化潜热利用起来,起到节能的效果,能够大幅度降低净烟气所携带的水分,减少水资源浪费的同时,大大缓解了烟囱的腐蚀。
In this paper,the principle of chimney corrosion is briefly analyzed and a heat exchange equipment for flue gas after desulphurization is introduced. The equipment makes use of some sensible heat and latent heat of vaporization in the flue gas after desulphurization,and has the effect of energy saving,the utility model can greatly reduce the water carried by the clean flue gas,reduce the waste of water resources,and greatly alleviate the corrosion of the chimney.
