静电纺丝制备纳米氧化镁及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术制备氧化镁纳米纤维。通过单因素实验,分别考察了煅烧温度、吸附时间、吸附温度对氧化镁纤维吸附亚甲基蓝能力的影响。并利用吸附动力学、吸附等温线进行拟合来讨论其吸附性质。结果表明,当纤维煅烧温度为500℃、吸附时间为90 min,吸附效率最佳,吸附温度逐渐上升时,其吸附量逐渐增大,升温有利于吸附。其吸附符合准二级动力学方程,符合Langmuir模型。 Magnesium oxide nanofibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning.Through single factor experiment,the influences of calcination temperature,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the ability of magnesium oxide fiber to absorb methylene blue were investigated.Adsorption kinetics and isotherm were used to fit the adsorption properties.The results show that when the fiber calcination temperature is 500℃,the adsorption time is 90 min,the adsorption efficiency is the best.When the adsorption temperature rises gradually,the adsorption amount increases gradually,which is conducive to adsorption.Its adsorption conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model.
