摘要
在城市建筑密集、交通繁忙、埋深在地下水位以下、遇水易软化地层等特殊环境下的顶管工程中。结合二次顶管与预制装配式钢筋混凝土井筒的优点优化二次顶管导管长度,以装配式井筒作为接收井,制作洞口接引二次顶管出井取代传统的接收井施工过程,可最大限度地降低顶管井施工对交通及环境的影响,节省沉井或者逆作法井体的施工过程。以灵活方便的方式创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Pipe jacking works in special environments such as dense urban buildings,heavy traffic,buried depth below the groundw ater level,and easy softening o f the strata in contact with water.Combining the advantages of the secondary pipe jacking and the prefabricated reinforced concrete wellbore,optimize the length of the secondary pipe jacking pipe,use the assembled wellbore as the receiving well,and make the opening to connect the secondary pipe jacking out of the well.Replace the traditional receiving well construction process,minimize the impact of pipe jacking well construction on traffic and environment,and save the construction process of caisson or top-down well.Create good social and economic benefits in a flexible and convenient way.
