金属矿山大流量充填技术的应用及发展趋势 被引量:11

Application and Development Trend of Large Flow Filling Technology in Metal Mine

摘要 随着国家日益重视矿山安全生产和环境保护,越来越多的大型金属矿山采用充填采矿法进行开采,大流量充填技术得到快速发展和推广应用。介绍了大流量充填关键技术在浓密、搅拌、输送等装备的大型化、集约化、协同化方面的进展情况;指出该项技术有效地降低了矿山建设投资、节约了生产成本、提高了经济效益、提升了风险防控水平;分析表明,低成本新型胶凝材料、精准制备和智能管控、高浓度料浆深井安全输送、固废梯级利用无尾协同生产等将是未来金属矿山大流量充填技术的主要发展方向。 With the increasing emphasis on safety production and environmental protection of mining in China,more and more large metal mines adopt filling mining method,and the large flow filling technology has been developed and applied rapidly.The progress of the key technology of large flow filling in the large-scale,intensive and collaborative aspects of thickening,mixing,conveying and other equipment is introduced.It points out that the technology effectively reduces the mine construction investment,saves the production cost,improves the economic benefit,and improves the level of risk control.The analysis shows that low-cost new cementitious materials,accurate preparation and intelligent control,safe transportation of high concentration slurry in deep mine,as well as collaborative production using cascade of solid waste without tailings will be the main development direction of large flow filling technology in metal mines in the future.
