Experimental Study on Additives for Reducing Filling Slurry Density

摘要 在深井充填中,降低充填料浆密度能有效降低充填管道的压力,并减小爆管风险。为此,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)、松香酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)3种引气剂和烷基醇酰胺(6501)稳泡剂在不同掺量下,对充填尾砂料浆密度的降低效果。结果表明:稳泡剂的用量占引气剂用量的10%~15%时,降低密度效果较好;随着引气剂掺量的增加,料浆密度降低,含量0.8%K12的降低密度效果最好,能够将料浆密度由1.74g/cm^3降低至0.70g/cm^3,继续增加用量,料浆密度反而增加。 In deep mining filling,reducing the filling slurry density can effectively reduce the pressure of filling pipeline and control the risk of pipe burst.Therefore,three kinds of air entraining agents including sodium dodecyl sulfate(K12),sodium rosin and sodium alcohol ether sulphate(AES),as well as a foam stabilizer of alkyl alcohol amide(6501)were selected as additives.The effects of above four additives with different amounts on reducing the tailings slurry density were studied.The results show that,when the amount of foam stabilizer accounts for 10%~15%of the amount of air entraining agent,the effect of reducing the density is optimal.With the increase of the amount of air entraining agent,the slurry density decreases,and the effect of reducing the density with 0.8%of K12 is the best,which can reduce the slurry density from 1.74 g/cm^3 to0.70 g/cm^3.
